On this weeks episode our resident sports scientist @pazcoolfuel dishes out the science behind why you shouldn’t eat less when you aren’t exercising - whether that be because you are injured, ill or just having a rest day! Your body works so hard when it is at rest and needs all of the energy it can get. Not fuelling your body properly can really harm your general health. It can cause your hair to fall out, weaken your immune system, make you feel fatigued, amongst a whole host of other issues! If you are into fitness, under fuelling will push you further away from your goals. This episode will help you to ditch the toxic (and very wrong) idea that food is earned through exercise.
