TruEvolution is a non-profit, community-based organization that fights for health equity and racial justice to advance the quality of life and human dignity of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer community. This organization provides a wide array of services including housing assistance, behavioral health assistance, HIV care and HIV prevention.
