Brett Seymour was a former NRL football player. His usual position was in the halves. Seymour started his NRL career at 17 years old debuting for the Brisbane Broncos before going onto play for the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks and New Zealand Warriors before moving to England where he joined Super League club, Hull FC. He spoke on the his battles on and off the field, his battle with mental health post footy and the lessons he learned along the way.
