I’ve kind of got a problem with set meal plans.

Have you ever followed a diet for 6-10 weeks lost a bunch of weight and put it all back on?

Continued to do more gym classes, more cardio and STILL couldn’t shift the weight?

If so... run the other way... FAST

#1 - You must eat every 2-4 hours ..... bullshit

#2 - Eat Low Carb keep insulin low do high intensity training to burn fat... 🤦‍♂️

#3 - Cut out Alcohol if you want to lose fat..

#4 - Eliminate all processed foods and sugars.... (How about keep your sanity, keep a balance and track your processed foods)

#5 - Drink apple cider vinegar first thing in the morning.. (I recommend you pre log your full day of eating it would take you the same amount of time)

#6 - Cut out dairy....(If you have a clinically diagnosed issue with dairy then your excused)...next

The reason why these ‘marketers’ make so much money on people is they know how to get a quick and easy win.

If im drinking 3x per week, eating processed food everyday, eating sugar everyday and for the next 10 weeks and my trainer told me to cut these these three things out of my diet of course I will lose weight.

I will be eating 1000 less calories per day just by eliminating these things.

There is no magic to any of this, just great marketing.

If you control calories (energy balance) you will lose weight..
