What does this really mean?
Today I discussed how we create a new identity/ self image. Habits change our identity. The more you repeat a behavious the more you reinforce the identity associated with that behavious.
Your identity is shaped by what you repeatedly do. The more you do something (habit), the more evidence you have, The more you start to shape your new identity/ self image.
To change who you are you need to change what you do.
You become your habits.
