Eastside: Story - part 11 of 11
On Christ is King Sunday we explore Mark 10 and our third core Eastside practice - serve. Jesus teaches his disciples that God's power is not found in coercion but through loving, often unseen service to humanity. Ultimately at Eastside it is our aim to cultivate a kind of maturation that grows in us servant hearts. True servants act as Christ in the world transforming it through genuine acts of love.
