Dr. Chen studied Law at Heidelberg University and Cornell Law School, and she is currently a professor at Shih Hsin University in the Graduate Institute of Gender Studies. Her research areas have always related closely to gender and law, including transgender issues, sexual harassment, LGBTQ+ rights, and feminist jurisprudence.
