Patrick is joined by promoter and club-runner Darrell Martin, manager of the well-established comedy club Just the Tonic. They discuss how he went from stand-up appearing on a line-up comedy show to managing one of the central clubs at the Fringe, with branches across the UK; his process for lining up Fringe comedians each year, and how he was once headbutted by a tiny leaping man for shouting “Wah-Hey”.
