I wasn't necessarily trying to lose 15 lbs ... but the fat loss was a by product of intentional changes that I made to improve my health and take control of my habits so that I could show up as the best version of myself.

My entire perspective of health has changed in the past few year ... it used to be all about the way that I looked. Unfortunately that led me down a path of disordered eating and over exercising that were actually quite harmful to my health without me even fully realizing it.

A few heartbreaking losses later.... and I realize that the way that you take care of your body is the foundation of the quality of life that you are going to be able to have.

Through learning this, I started to take a much more holistic approach that prioritized my health from the inside out.

This helped me boost my metabolism, rebalance my hormones, and lose the inflammation that triggered the weight gain in the first place.

And suddenly I realized I had lost 15 lbs without even trying.
