My name is Oliver Goulet, and I have quite the life story. I went from being an overweight drug addict, to a ”successful“ entrepreneur. Even though I am only 25 years old, I have experienced more than most will through out their entire life. I have had people tell me for over a year now to start a podcast to share my story, so here it is. I plan to continue to do a podcast once a week to talk about Mindset, discipline, motivation, health, nutrition, and all other things that have helped me along my journey so far. For anyone that is struggling with addiction, being overweight, or anything else in life. It is never too late to change.
