I am making my predictions for the housing market in 2024. No turning back now! Am I right? Time will tell. I have spent hundreds of hours this year listening, reading, investing, watching, and most importantly actively investing every week to come to these conclusions that I share on the podcast. To summarize: I think everyone has been asking the WRONG question. Instead of asking WHEN will the housing crash occur, we should be asking, how do we adapt with home prices and affordability issues remaining where they are for the foreseeable future? These home prices are here to stay in 2024. We all know that the rates will go up and down but most doomsdayers were hoping that 8% rates would take down pricing. It hasn't. But why?
