Pat Martin did not take the typical entrepreneur real estate journey...Far from it actually. Pat went to college in Michigan and married his wife at the young age of 19! He and his wife had their first child about 18 months after marrying and then get this...They had 5 KIDS under the age of 4 because their 4th and 5th were twins! If that was not impressive enough, Pat graduated from college after studying engineering and finance while his wife started her online business that took off and Pat was a stay-at-home dad holding down the fort. Pat during this time learned about real estate and eventually decided to move to Knoxville (along with his sister-in-law whom they convinced to come along with them) and he started buying homes with his dad and brother at the auction wholesale. Over the years Pat pivoted to buying homes directly from sellers and has since exploded his business and has gone into multiple markets. He shares some incredible stories both the good and bad and the lessons learned through all of it. He has an incredible story and I am fortunate to be living just down the road from their office now.
