About our guest of today:

Diaz projects happiness and creativity in his teaching. Online, he likes to speak his creative language through satire videos around what happen in yoga classes and its community as an expression of "unspoken truth". On his classes, he's blending Vinyasa Flow, Budokon, Qigong, and Inside Flow making the dynamic fusion between mindfulness, movement, strength & challenge. With 500 hours YTT under his belt and his background as a choreographer has brought his class to sequence the poses together like a dance to a whole new dimension. He'll guide your practice out of the box and set your mind and body to expand all sort of possibilities. His class is rather fun, playful, energetic and funky at the same time.
