Tiaga Prem is a dedicated yoga teacher with over 25 years of experience in traditional and modern yoga practices, Tiaga Prem offers a unique blend of Hatha Raja Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Dharma Mittra Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, and Kundalini Yoga Parampara - and teaches each student individually according to their unique conditions.

His mission is to make the practice scalable and enjoyable for students of all backgrounds and experience levels. 

He teaches in person at Ashtanga Yoga Victoria and on his online platform, where he connects with students worldwide, offering them a pathway to healing and self-realization through accessible yoga philosophy and transformative practices.

As a community builder and storyteller, Tiaga Prem is committed to enriching lives through engaging online content, specialized workshops, and personal mentoring. 

His approach is infused with humour and relatability, making the profound wisdom of yoga accessible to all who seek to learn and grow in the practice.

About the Host:

Marv is practicing for over eight years. While he was traveling the world he practiced with some of the greatest teachers in the States, Latin America, Europe, Bali & India. First in touch with a modern mobility and science based approach from the West he went several times to India to root his progressive Vinyasa style in traditional Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga.

He is focusing on helping yogis and beginner yoga teachers to advance their practice with arm-balances & floats.
