If we eat too much we feel sick but, in contrast, God's Kingdom is always full of delights and abundance, of which we will never tire or be sick. Our appreciation of God's blessings is dependent on having His perspective. God does indeed teach us His perspective. For instance I am suddenly and literally being uprooted from what has been my home for just over two years. That may not necessarily feel like abundance but I believe I will move somewhere even better. I don't know where my new earthly home is yet though. It is my Adventure, with God at the helm, and not Adversity. Psalm 23:6 says "Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever."
