Today I saw a picture, in my mind's eye, of an aeroplane landing on a runway at night with lights strategically placed to give perfect guidance to the pilot of the aircraft. This is a good reminder that as well as God's Word reminding us not to worry about our future, to fix our eyes on Jesus and not others to give us assurance about our future, we can also trust that God is giving us guiding lights perfectly timed for when we need them. "Thy Word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path" (Psalm 119:105). God's Word never changes and He always keeps His Word. Check that all guidance given to you is in line with God's Word.
