Today I saw an adhesive dressing for minor cuts and grazes (plaster/Band-Aid). They can be a source of comfort to an upset little one and a genuine protection against germs and worsening conditions, whilst the body is going through the wondrous process of healing itself. This is a good analogy of the small help we can provide to another, which actually can be of significance in providing comfort and support whilst they are handling the situation they are going through. As reminded yesterday, let's not be distant from those needing help and let's not consciously avoid admitting we need help. "Whoever brings blessing will be enriched, and one who waters will himself be watered" (Proverbs 11:25).
