Today I saw a picture of a waterfall which settled into a calm flow of water below. I am reminded of the bible verses written by King David, one of which is in Psalm 29:3: "The voice of the LORD is over the waters; the God of glory thunders; the LORD thunders over the mighty waters". Let us consider that God is nature's creator and as such He has power over all nature. He is super-natural. We have accounts in the gospels of Matthew, Mark and Luke of Jesus stilling a furious storm the disciples were fighting against on their boat. "Then He got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm". (Matthew 8:26b). In Jesus's Name, why not rebuke what is chaotic and stormy in your lives?
