In Apostle Paul's Epistle to the Ephesians he mentions the Armour of God that we can wear against evil. One piece of the armour is the "shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one" (Ephesians 6:16). Note it says "all" so whatever is metaphorically or literally thrown at us, let us know by faith that God can defend us.
