Seductive eyes from us or directed to us suggest a promise of immediate pleasure. Proverbs, the book of Wisdom, says "Do not lust in your heart after her beauty or let her captivate you with her eyes" (Proverbs 6:25). If we believe that, we can believe that He will do an excellent job of providing for us. In the final chapter of The Book of Proverbs a noble, loving and giving woman is described, which we can aspire to be or gravitate towards. We are reminded that "Charm is deceptive and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised" (Proverbs 31:30). What sort of person do we want to be or have in our life? Someone seductive or someone noble?
