Do you know that each and everyone of us is the apple of God's eye, that is, particularly special to Him? It might seem paradoxical to say that each of us is particularly special to Him because that then seems to imply that no one is extra special after all. However, as mentioned before, God's love is not divisible but instead multiplies abundantly towards all of us. (Zechariah 2:1-9). John recognised this when He says in His Gospel that "Now there was leaning on Jesus' bosom one of His disciples whom Jesus loved" (John 13:23). We know that Jesus loved all His disciples.
