Many of us know the philosophy of The Law of Attraction, whereby positive thoughts attract positive outcomes and, conversely, negative thoughts attract negative outcomes. This morning I asked Jesus how he feels when He is not loved, understood and accepted, with His sole aim on the cross, and always has been, is to save us and draw everyone into His Kingdom of unconditional love. Whilst on earth Jesus spoke about His Kingdom and one parable was about a vineyard owner who wanted to pay everyone the same wage regardless of their varying hours of labour. This analogy serves to remind us that He wants to give us all the same gracious entry pass, so to speak, into His Kingdom, regardless of how much we have done for Him. He will not force us to receive so He has to depend on the law of attraction. Are we drawn to Him like a magnet and want to enter? Give time to learn of Him in order to draw near.
