I saw a picture of a toothbrush today which made me think of the different brands of toothbrushes there are, of different colours, with different bristle types and then, of course, there are a multitude of toothpastes to choose from. Choosing a toothbrush and toothpaste are relatively insignificant choices in life. Let's not get bogged down on these sort of choices but, instead, focus on choices that are important, simply trusting that even if we don't feel God's guidance that He is indeed leading us, protecting us and equipping us at all times. He has put inner resources within us to cope with our challenges. After Joshua took over the leadership of the people of Israel, God assured Him, as He does to us, "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go". (Joshua 1:9)
