Have you ever had a friend that is so close that you know without a shadow of a doubt you could call on at anytime and they would show up? Or you get a phone call out of the blue and it's your friend just calling to check on you? Well this episode is about my best friend Donnie Henry. We have been friends for around 57 years, saw each other through school, college, careers and marriages. We have watched our children grow, watched his grandchildren grow and flourish and enjoy vacations together.
About a month ago I lost my best friend! The phone call was deafening! My stomach and heart dropped, the tears began to flow and I was in shock. This isn"t for real is it? My ears heard one thing, my brain couldn't grasp it......I was at a loss.
