Sammy Wilson is owner of Pocket PT and a movement and mobility coach. She has a BSC in sports and exercise science and a qualified level 3 personal trainer. She is also a retired elite athlete, she used to compete for the Great Britain artistic swimming team and has since been navigating staying mobile whilst spending a lot of time at a desk!
She passionate about helping people who sit at a desk all day getting achy and lethargic, to move more, feel energised and ultimately become happier! "My goal is to make exercise enjoyable, manageable and easy for busy people who just want to feel better in themselves on a day to day basis."
