This week I chose to do something different... I recorded a seven-minute guided meditation for parents.
I know that parenting can be stressful. Even in those stressful moments, we often have to remain grounded and strong for our children. This is why I recorded this meditation - for parents to be able to instill calm in their lives, express gratitude, and appreciate being present in the moment.

Just remember to take it slow, try to involve your senses, focus on your breathing and clear your mind of any distractions.
