This week we have Leon Diop, the founder of the amazing Black and Irish.
From following Black and Irish a few years ago, at a time when I didn't know there was such a huge Black community in Ireland, it was great to speak with Leon about his own journey growing up in Ireland, why he started Black and Irish and the importance of the work they do and the conversations had.
Leon also recently published his first book, "Black & Irish: Legends, Trailblazers & Everyday Heroes."
Black and Irish also have their own podcast "The Black and Irish Podcast" on RTE.
