We just hit the one year mark last week so this is our first episode since then and the beginning of Season 2 of the pod.

But we recorded this on International Woman's Day and I genuinely couldn't think of a better gal to have spoke to on that day. Helena is amazing! I'm so proud of her and I know her story will inspire and help so many people.
