We build our lives around our desire to be sure. This is this. That is that. 2 + 2 = 4. If I do this, it will produce that. If I give this, or say this, or do this, I expect that you will give that, say that, or do that back. But real life isn't actually like that. As much as we try to build a black and white world where we are safe, secure, and in control, we are often reminded that what we have built for ourselves is a false sense of safety, security and control, and we have to reckon with life in the grey. We don't budget the emotional labor required to handle the hard stuff of life, or the unpredictable variables we can't control. But grey is okay tho, and on this episode, Ashley and Tiffany speak to living a life in process, and growing in wonder, relationship and joy.
