So, you'll learn a few things on this podcast. For example, the age gap between Ashley (on the very end of the old millenials) and Tiffany (major millenial vibes) becomes very apparent. Ashley just got on Venmo and might hide money under the mattress, and Tiffany would like an app to pay her children for chores.
Also, in this week's news, the church where Tiffany grew up in allowed a rally in their parking lot, with elected officials (like the sheriff) over a long standing racist sign that hangs over the city where they declared the sign should stay (freedom of speech and such), and of course we're wondering, why tho?
Since when does this individual freedom folks want reign supreme over the sheer terror this places in a community? How have we so badly confused our politics with our Christianity? We need a restoration of community, because this is BULL CRAP. And certainly not gospel.
Can we begin to reimagine what community looks like? Now's the time to change, so let's do this, together.
