Jacque Elder describes her good and not so good times of recent weeks. Her fear of abandonment is a powerful trigger that can send her down the Rabbit Hole. What is different now is: she only stays in Burritoville for a few days, she narcs herself out on FB so folks will reach out to her and she knows she will get through it. Brief suicidal thoughts still swing by yet they are so short, she doesn’t even know what the thought was. She used her SAD light, talked to friends on phone and face to face, cried a great deal and knew she would be ok.
