Description

Cate is an online and in-person personal trainer that specializes working with woman. She has helped multiple women learn how to navigate their health through weight training, eating with flexibility and without having to do "traditional" cardio. Cate and I do have similar philosophies when it comes to health, so this was fun to learn how she approaches clients obstacles and how she helps them better their lives.
