Trying to record a meditation practice for meditation was challenging. I'm not a meditation teacher! However, the general practices, principles and benefits of meditation usually bring you to a conclusion of sounder, deeper and better sleep! But it's important to continue this practice daily. Ten minutes set aside for you.

Remember that this isn't going to be perfect to begin with. It may never actually be perfect! Thoughts are always going to creep in, you're always going to be slightly distracted. Especially in the beginning. Be kind to yourself, and enjoy the practice.
