My next Choosing Happiness podcast guest grew up in Ecuador, and as a child from a very Catholic family, was impelled to believe that she was never, ever going to be good enough. This led her to complete several degrees in undergraduate studies, obtain a master’s degree in leadership education, and along the way, she explored many spiritual and energetic areas to build up the portfolio of certifications to make her valid in this reality.

It was 2019 when Cris took her 1st Bars class that finally connected her with what she had been searching for. It was then that she realized that she could do and be whatever she wanted! This was the beginning of acknowledging how JOY was a key ingredient to being abundant and realizing that as an infinite being, she had infinite possibilities available if she was only willing ask.
