In this episode, I had an engaging conversation with William Young who has passionately served in all facets of Senior Living and also created the California RCFE Association to advocate for and educate operators and boarding care owners. We explored the various types of senior facilities as well as creative ways for senior to use their homes as a means of funding care needs, along with the issues surrounding complex family dynamics and conflicting priorities of adult children.
