As a true crime podcaster, I have heard the saying a hundred times. Why true crime now. Usually, it is from someone who has no idea about true crime or how it has been a fascinating people since forever. May 18th,1927, Bath Township in Michigan was rocked by an attack on a school. To this day it is still the deadliest attack on a school. In the days following the massacre Bath Township was overrun by 100,00 people looking to get a look at the aftermath. So why true crime now? It has always been here.
