If you told me 5 years ago that I'd be dancing in the mirror loving on myself right now I would have laughed.

In 2014, I decided to really love me and then 3 years later life happened and I turned my back on me once again.

Completely fell back into the self loathing and depleting thoughts that you would never say out loud to anyone. It has felt like a longer road this time around but it has lead to this, this beautiful, silly and fun woman, she's back and better than ever.

So why can't you be the one you think of when a love song comes on?

You believe that's silly but listen up 👇🏻

5 Hacks I do on the daily for deeper Self Love;

🥰Think of yourself when you listen to a love song, like you would a partner or crush. This will lift your mood and make you smile more when you see yourself in the mirror

🥰Which brings us to looking at yourself in the mirror at least once a day and say something kind (leading to 'I love you') If this feels really hard, try just high fiving yourself, again silly but effective

🥰Make yourself a meal and set a nice place at your table, alone and just for you and enjoy the heck out of your time. (If you don't have this option, bring something delish to work and make sure to completely stop to eat it)

🥰For every negative thing you think about yourself, think 5 positive thoughts of appreciation about yourself. (This is good for all relationships)

🥰Appreciate yourself for ALL that you do for yourself and others in a day.

When we lean into loving on ourselves more we don't require outside validation. We in turn appreciate others for who they are without giving them all our power and the responsibility to make us happy.

YOU CAN MAKE YOURSELF HAPPY EVERY DANG DAY!
