I used to feel so stuck between my dreams, myself and my family. 
Everything went before me, which brought anxiety, panic, burnout and overwhelm. A swirling mix of not giving anything to myself. 
Once I decided that something had to change, it did. 
AND it had nothing to do with what was going outside of me. 
I chose to lean into myself more and more. I learned practices, joined coaching programs and talked to a counselor. 
Yep, I invested in myself and started to learn about me and who I was. 
Did I stop having anxiety no, not right away, however I now after time can handle things way differently. 
Responding to what is happening around me more often than reacting. Being calmer in situations where I would normally freak out. 
I started to understand that when I overflowed my own cup, not just filled it, but overflowed it I could be happier and everyone else around in turn felt it too. 
Loving on yourself is a choice and it's super easy and costs nothing to start 👇🏻
✨Decide to like yourself right now exactly as you are. 
✨Pay attention to what you really think of yourself, some thoughts can be really sneaky. 
✨Change those unkind thoughts to kinder ones and say “no thank you,” when the nasty ones show up.
