Motivation is our flaky friend, she's a sneaky one. Here one minute, gone the next.
It's also one of the biggest struggles a lot of people face when they are trying to lose fat or improve their fitness.
Here I am discussing a different way to view motivation, my experience last year when I CBA with exercise.
Then some top tips for when motivation is low, or how to turn low motivation on it's head.
