Yesterday I had a bit of an epiphany. One so exciting I decided to do an episode about it.

So today I'm talking about how perfectionism is holding you back. Waiting for the right set of circumstances is holding you back from your fat loss goals.

Just like it was holding me back from some big goals and now I'm letting go of it. (Very much a work in progress)

There is NEVER going to be a right time to start. Your lives aren't ever really going to be less busy and hectic. There is always going to be a life thing/holiday/job/responsibilities to navigate.

So I propose we embrace imperfect fitness. Embrace our busy lives and work with what we have. (This is my approach with clients)
