The sun is shining the sky is blue. You know what that means. Dads across the nation are firing up their lawnmowers (sorry hayfever sufferers) and of course....BBQs.

In today's episode I talk about how to navigate BBQs when you have a fat loss goal.

I have some suggestions for food choices, mindful eating and portion sizes.

Rounded off nicely with how to avoid feelings of guilt and what to do (or not to do) when you do feel food guilt.

I also spend too much time talking about my mums potato salad but honestly it's THAT good.
