About Megan:Megan is the founder of Lately Digital, a boutique digital advertising agency, and Co-Owner of Rouu Baby, a retail brand specializing in ergonomic baby carriers. She is passionate about helping businesses grow through bold, unapologetic marketing strategies, while also life raising two beautiful kids. For Megan, balance, freedom, and joy aren’t future goals; they’re daily priorities. Currently living in Costa Rica, she spends her mornings supporting clients and her afternoons showing her two young children the world. Megan doesn’t believe in waiting until retirement to live life, she’s committed to creating it now, with her littles by her side, all while growing her career portfolio.
