This week on the 8 Tracks podcast, it's all about documentary reviews and appreciating album artwork! Nick recently watched a great doc on Netflix titled "Squaring the Circle (the Story of Hipgnosis" and he talks about the photography studio that created the album artwork for some of the most iconic albums in music history. If you're a big fan of Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin or 70s classic rock in general, you won't wanna miss it.
In addition, the boys have the usual shenanigans cooked up as Mike has another great "This Day in Music History" segment and he and Nick also talk through their 2023 Spotify Wrapped to revisit their favorite music from the past year. From there, Nick and Mike run through a few "Vinyl Friday" recaps for the people including Bad Company's "Straight Shooter" and The Band's "The Last Waltz". They close it out with some holiday themed "Tape Deck Talk" questions to get people in the holiday spirit!
