Lori spends some time talking about her start in Nursing and how her dedication at a young age led her to becoming a head charge nurse over a whole unit. We also talk about the true beginnings of Welding Caps by Lori, how she went from making civil war uniforms to competitive black powder shooting, and eventually a full time shop with employees making the legendary caps that we all know and love. It was truly a blast to sit down with Lori and get her perspective on what it takes to succeed in this life and go get what you want, while not looking for any pats on the back on your way there.
