In this episode we talk to Glenn, a water plant manager with an inspiring story. Originally from Flint, Michigan, Glenn shares his journey of how he went from growing up in Michigan and some of the tough and funny stories of how his Dad would get things done. Glenn goes from high school graduate to a successful ASE certified mechanic, and a lot of different jobs in between and eventually finds his way to managing a water treatment facility in Colorado.

Glenn's story is one of hard work, determination, and a willingness to take risks. He talks about how he's always looked for ways to improve his situation, whether it was by learning a new skill or moving to a new city. Glenn would never admit it but he can do just about anything, and that shows in his professional life and in some of the projects that he works on at home. From rat rods and muscle cars to fixing valve's and putting on roofs or painting he really can do it all.
