Description

All this talk about honoring people’s feelings seems risky. We understand that emotions are a part of the discussion in the workplace now, but are we going to just let them take over?  Because we haven’t learned as leaders or teams how to handle emotions with maturity, they are more likely to derail our progress, whether we acknowledge them or not.

Emotional maturity is a spectrum that can show up in various responses. So, how do we know if we are emotionally mature? Pamela shares a few traits this week that help show how well developed your emotional maturity level is (the complete list is in our notes today).

Are you ready to do the work that brings emotional maturity so you can lead your team with confidence? Name it, tame it, and reframe it. We’re here to support you through the process.
