His leadership wisdom is valuable no matter where you are leading. You don’t need to be leading in a church to learn a lot from this episode.
As a leader, Josh strives for his team to feel seen, heard, and appreciated. That takes a lot of one-on-one time for a leader, and it may feel daunting if you’re already feeling time-poor. But relationships are key to success so never diminish the power of those relationships and the importance of nurturing them. A relationship culture built from the top down will help everything else move forward because it builds trust quickly.
