Description

We’re excited that the first guest podcast of 2024 features one of our favorite people - Stephanie Theisen. Stephanie started as an intern in 2004 at Leighton Broadcasting and has risen through the ranks to Chief Operating Officer today. She is a champion for growth and empowerment. One of her many superpowers is the ability to consistently embrace a growth mindset.

Sometimes growth mindset isn’t always a natural ability. There might be an internal negative soundtrack that pulls you away from reaching your full potential. That’s why continually working on your leadership skills and yourself as a person is important. In this episode, Stephanie shares the importance of finding a mentor and being one as well.

At the Grounding and Growing Leadership podcast, we believe that everyone is a leader and that leadership starts with you. Join Tara Gronhovd, Gallup Certified Clifton Strengths Coach and e2Grow High Performing Team Coach, and Pamela Nelson, Certified Leadership Coach, Counselor, and Spiritual Director, as we navigate conversations to grow you and your teams on your leadership journeys.

CliftonStrengths (aka Strengthsfinder) is an assessment that is based on positive psychology and measures core motivations. It’s an extremely powerful tool for personal and professional development as well as improving team dynamics. You will hear us reference Strengths frequently in our podcasts. If you are interested in learning more and taking the CliftonStrengths assessment for you or your team, please reach out to tara@aligntransform.com.
