Description

If the pandemic shone a light on anything, it was that healthy leadership matters more than we even realized. Embracing the practices of Grounding and Growing helps us take seriously the impact we have on others as leaders. It was through this shedding of the old, and the re-evaluating of many of our past practices, that we developed Grounded Leadership(™) at ALIGN. Grounded Leadership is formed from four key practices of leadership that don’t have an endpoint but create a consistent practice that builds a natural rhythm for your leadership and team members. The four core practices of Grounded Leadership(™) are as simple as ABC(D). Listen to our podcast this week as we unpack what each practice of a grounded leader is. We’re sharing our personal experiences as we chat about those four practices, as well as explaining why each practice is a necessary part of your growth as a grounded leader who desires to invest in your greatest resources – your people.

Here are details about our Grounded Leadership(™) cohort kicking off in August 2023.

In this episode we reference several books that are shaping how we view leadership:The Only Leaders Worth Following, Tim SpikerInsight, Dr. Tasha EurichAtomic Habits, James Clear
