And it’s not just you who has had traumatic experiences in the workplace - this is true to just about anyone you hire for your team as well.
In our podcast, we’re not talking about trauma with a capital T, but trauma with a "little t" that occurs to many like gaslighting, bullying, or intentional sabotage. Working with someone who robs you of your worth, can cause shame and doubt.
How do you interrupt those messages that were ingrained into you through the trauma? Today, we will provide hope (along with some techniques) that there is a way out of that darkness and into the light whether you are a leader helping others or whether you need to process your own trauma.
